On the 12th of September 2025 Jumbo Offshore hosted a session in their office in Schiedam. A group of experts discussed the pro’s and con’s between MP-TP connections and TP-less designs. Amongst the lectures were lectures from Siemens Energy, sharing their experience with the C1 Wedge Connection and JBO discussing how an integrated design approach can result in optimized foundations. C1 Connections shared their view on how the C1 Wedge Connection can decrease the costs of offshore foundations by enabling an optimized design of the Transition Pieces with the C1 Wedge Connection
